why use hypnosis
Any goal or aspect of your life that you wish to change can often be achieved more quickly and easily through the power of hypnosis.
This is because hypnosis works directly with your subconscious mind, which plays a significant role in shaping your reality. Involuntary bodily functions—like breathing, blood circulation, hormone regulation, and even hair growth—are automatically controlled by your subconscious mind. Similarly, many habits and behaviors that cause difficulty in your life are rooted in the subconscious.
Even if you consciously know what’s wrong or what steps you need to take to create change, it doesn’t always mean you can do it. This isn’t a reflection of your willpower or effort; it’s because your subconscious mind can either assist or sabotage your efforts.
The good news is that hypnosis helps you take control of how your subconscious influences your feelings, behaviours, and ability to create change.
how many sessions are needed?
While research suggests that six sessions result in a 93% success rate for most issues, in my experience, six sessions are rarely necessary. I recommend clients commit to three sessions for sustainable results.
